Ikigai – Helping Public Services to change and transform

Our social impact work

Ikigai in the community

As a socially responsible business social value is a key component of what we do and why we do it. As part of our social endeavours 2024 saw us launch the first of our community impact projects. The first of our projects has involved us conceptualising, funding, and delivering a Heath, Wellbeing, Personal Development and Employability project aimed at supporting marginalised groups within the community.

The Project

Holistic in approach and delivered to residents in the Hertfordshire and North West London area, the project provided a safe environment where clients were supported through health and wellbeing, personal development, and the offer of employability coaching with the three key strands focussed on:

  • Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing)
  • Personal Coaching
  • Employability

Client Group

The project supported a diverse range of clients who are both in recovery and unemployed.

Our key partner

The Living Room.

The Living Room are a charity registered in 2000 who provide support to adults committed to abstaining from their addiction through a range of therapies and treatments and to date have supported over 7000 to full recovery! Learn more about the awesome work the Living Room do.
